ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Check-in is from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival and check-out is at 10am on the day of departure. For earlier arrivals or later departures, additional charges may apply.
CHILDREN POLICY
Hillbark Hotel & Spa is a child-friendly hotel and offers a range of services for children of all ages. Children 6 years and under may stay in their parent’s room in existing bedding at no additional cost. In certain room types, an extra bed can be provided based on the maximum occupancy per room. A charge may apply for an extra bed for any third person. 12 years £60.
PET POLICY
We do not allow pets within our guestrooms, in order to maintain the highest levels of comfort and cleanliness for all guests. For guests seeking accommodation for their pets during their stay, we are pleased to partner with a nearby pet hotel that offers exceptional care and facilities. For more information or to arrange a reservation, please contact our Reception team.
Please note, we are delighted to welcome clean, well-behaved pets into the Contessa Bar.
TRANSFERS
Hillbark Hotel & Spa offers private transfers for a seamless travel experience. Rolls Royce and Bentley transfers are available at £100 plus £10 per mile. Flight details must be provided at least 24 hours in advance.
For air arrivals, our on-site helicopter landing pad is available with prior arrangement. Please contact Reception to book transfers or for further assistance.
SMOKING POLICY
Smoking/vaping is not allowed in any of our guestrooms. If this policy is violated, a cleaning fee corresponding to an additional night will be charged. Smoking is permitted in designated areas only.
