To further enhance your dining experience, we offer expertly paired wine flights, carefully curated to complement each of Chef’s Tasting Menus. These flights offer a unique opportunity to explore a range of flavours in one sitting, each bottle selected to elevate the dishes it accompanies.

And for those who enjoy trying something new, we invite you to explore our wines by the glass, so you can indulge in a different wine with each course—ask us, and we’ll guide you to the perfect choice.

Your Perfect Pour

For those who wish to share their own wine, we welcome you to bring a bottle, subject to a £50 corkage fee per 750ml bottle, with a limit of one bottle for every two guests.

We believe in making wine accessible to everyone, and whether you know your Cabernet from your Chardonnay or not, we are here to guide you on your journey. At Hillbark, our approach to wine is simple: enjoy it, have fun, and make it personal.

Curated Wine Tastings

We offer three unique wine events designed for both connoisseurs and casual wine enthusiasts. Our Wine Producer Tastings feature renowned global producers who present their finest wines, expertly paired with exquisite dishes. Guests explore the art of food and wine pairing, guided by the producers themselves.

For a more laid-back experience, our Informal Wine Tasting allows guests to sample around twenty wines at their own pace, accompanied by a hearty roast joint and roast potatoes, letting the wine to take center stage. Lastly, inspired by the 1976 “Tasting of Paris,” our Tastings of Hillbark is a blind competition between two nations. We select a white and red grape variety from each nation, compare four whites and four reds, and let our guests cast their votes to crown the winner.
