Our Packages
Each of our four signature packages, Cunard, Royden, Hudson, and Baker, has been thoughtfully curated to elevate your wedding day with seamless elegance and style. While each has its own distinct personality and level of indulgence, they all include our hallmark offering: a wedding breakfast where your guests can choose from two starters, two mains, and two desserts at the point of service, ensuring every palate is perfectly satisfied.
All packages also include free-flowing wine, soft drinks, and bottled still and sparkling water throughout the meal, as well as full tableware; from crisp Irish Liddel linen and elegant silver candelabras to premium crystal glassware, Wedgwood cutlery, crockery, and our signature cake stand and knife.
From champagne receptions and chef-crafted canapés, to caviar courses and signature cocktails, each package offers increasing levels of celebration. Let your wedding reflect your taste, your story, and your perfect style.
At Hillbark, your ceremony is always included in the package, with no extra fees required.
The Cunard Package
The Cunard Package is designed for couples who want a wedding that feels easy, warm, and perfectly polished.
Your day begins with a cocktail reception where guests are welcomed with a refined selection of seasonal drinks. Expect charming options like pink or white port and tonic, or Méthode Champagne cocktails such as the Bellini or Kir Royale. Soft drinks, tea, and coffee are also available. For 20 minutes, these refreshments are included within your package, after that, your fully manned bar remains open for guests to continue purchasing drinks if they wish, ensuring a relaxed flow into the rest of the day. Canapés can be added to this reception for an additional cost, should you wish to enhance the welcome.
All three of our dining styles (Contessa Banquet, Riviera Sharing, and Riviera Buffet) are available within all of our packages. No matter which format you choose, each includes full tableware, silverware, and presentation details as standard. The choice is entirely yours: opt for classic banqueting with the Contessa service, sociable feasting with the Riviera Sharing platters, or a relaxed yet refined experience with the Riviera Buffet served by our team.
Menus are crafted by our head chef using the finest seasonal ingredients, and we’re always happy to discuss custom options to reflect your personal tastes and dietary needs. Vegetarian and special dietary requirements are always accommodated, and every dish is made fresh in-house using the finest seasonal ingredients. After dessert, freshly ground coffee and chocolate truffles are served, alongside a toast with crisp Méthode Champagne.
Throughout the meal, your guests enjoy free-flowing wine, including carefully selected red, white, and rosé, no basic house wines here. Bottled still and sparkling water is also provided, along with soft drinks to keep every guest comfortably refreshed.
The tables are styled with ivory or black Irish linen napkins and tablecloths, silver candelabras, Wedgwood cutlery, crystal glassware, and fine china. Italian leather chairs and tables are included, as is a silver cake stand and cake knife, ensuring your cake cutting moment is as picture-perfect as the rest of your day.
The Royden Package
Just like the Cunard Package, your celebration begins with a cocktail reception, but in Royden, the drinks are extended to a full 1.5 hours. Guests are welcomed with an elegant variety of seasonal refreshments, including pink or white port and tonic, and Méthode Champagne cocktails such as Bellinis and Kir Royales. Soft drinks, tea, and coffee are also available throughout. The fully manned bar remains open and accessible during the entire reception, with all drinks included for the first 90 minutes. After this, it continues as a cash bar, giving your guests the flexibility to stay refreshed into the afternoon.
Unlike the Cunard, the Royden Package includes a tempting selection of both savoury and sweet canapés served during the reception as standard, a perfect complement to the drinks and a welcome treat for arriving guests.

After the meal, freshly brewed coffee is served, this time accompanied by delicate petit fours instead of the truffles offered in Cunard. A celebratory glass of Méthode Champagne is poured for the toast, keeping your day effortlessly refined.
All chairs, tables and tableware as per the Cunard Package are included, as well as the option for a round or square cake stand and accessories for the cake cutting ceremony.
The Hudson Package
The Hudson Package is designed for couples who want to turn up the elegance and celebrate in true style, with elevated touches and premium pours that add sophistication to every moment.
Your celebration begins just like the others with a beautifully curated cocktail reception, but in the Hudson Package, the difference is instantly noticeable: Champagne is served as part of your welcome drinks. For 1.5 hours, guests are treated to an indulgent array of refreshments including genuine Champagne cocktails such as Bellinis and Kir Royales, as well as pink and white port and tonic. Soft drinks, tea, and coffee are also available, all served by a fully manned bar. Once the included drinks window ends, the bar remains open on a paid basis for guests who wish to keep sipping into the afternoon.

Like our other packages, your celebration begins with a curated cocktail reception. But with the Baker Package, luxury arrives from the very first pour. Guests are welcomed with Champagne cocktails and refreshing options such as pink or white port and tonic, served freely for a full 1.5 hours by a fully staffed bar. Soft drinks, tea, and coffee are available as standard, and after the drinks service window, your bar remains open for further purchases, ensuring no moment goes uncelebrated.
Where Baker truly shines is in the detail. Guests are treated to premium canapés, including caviar options, setting an indulgent tone from the outset. These exceptional bites perfectly accompany the Champagne cocktails and signal the beginning of something truly special.

Classic Cars
Every Hillbark wedding begins in unforgettable style, with your arrival taken care of by our classic Rolls Royce Phantom (available in pink or blue) and personal chauffeur, included as standard in every one of our wedding packages.
Whether you’re staying with us the night before or preparing at home, our chauffeur will collect you and bring you to your ceremony with timeless grace and ease. The Phantom is yours for journeys within a 20-mile radius, ideal for arriving at Hillbark itself or a nearby church before returning to us for your reception.
If the bride is already on site, the car can be arranged to collect the groom, or even to bring parents or VIP guests, allowing you to tailor this moment to suit your day.
Additional luxury cars from our collection are also available upon request, for those who want to extend this sense of occasion even further: Bentley Arnage in two-tone blue and our blue Ascari Ecosse.
Wedding Accommodation
For an exclusive and seamless experience, couples can reserve our luxurious on-site accommodation, including the showstopping Haddon Hall Honeymoon Suite and up to 16 individually styled rooms for family and friends (subject to availability). We understand your wedding is more than just a day, it’s a full experience, and one best shared with your nearest and dearest in total comfort.
To make planning even easier, we offer special pre-pay rates on room hire, with rooms held exclusively for your wedding party up to seven months before your date. Each room can be toured and selected personally to suit the needs and preferences of your guests.
