Great Hall & Drawing Room

The Dining Room

The Dining Room at Hillbark Hotel & Spa is the perfect setting for a refined and memorable wedding breakfast. Located on the ground floor, this bright and airy space is bathed in natural light and offers uninterrupted views across the rolling beauty of Royden Park and the distant Dee Estuary, a picture-perfect backdrop for your first meal as a married couple.

Inside, the room is dressed with timeless sophistication. Opulent gilded Louis XV armchairs and generously spaced tables create an atmosphere of relaxed luxury, where guests can dine in comfort and style. With direct access to the terrace, our Dining Room connects to the outdoor pagoda, making it the perfect choice for an open-air ceremony. After the ceremony, move into the Dining Room for an elegant wedding breakfast, and carry the celebration into the Great Hall for an unforgettable evening.

The Library

Tucked away for ultimate privacy, The Library is a beautifully refined space ideal for intimate wedding ceremonies and wedding breakfasts of up to 16 guests. Licensed for civil ceremonies, it offers a warm and characterful setting to exchange your vows or enjoy a private dining experience with your closest loved ones.

The Library feels both exclusive and inviting. Its private entrance from the grounds makes it perfect for discrete arrivals, including by helicopter, allowing you to make your entrance in a truly unforgettable way.

The Krug Room

Up to 19 Seated Guests

With its rich oak-panelled walls, original fireplace, and timeless elegance, The Krug Room offers an intimate yet refined setting perfect for wedding breakfasts or smaller ceremonies.

Licensed for civil ceremonies and ideally suited for private dining, the Krug Room brings a sense of occasion to even the most intimate gatherings. The Cellar

Designed to showcase its original vaulted ceiling while embracing a modern, urban aesthetic, this is our most characterful and contemporary space.

Whether you’re exchanging vows beneath the arched brickwork or enjoying a candlelit meal with your inner circle, The Cellar promises an unforgettable experience with a twist.

The Tipi

Coming very soon to Hillbark Hotel & Spa is our newest and most exciting wedding space – The Tipi. Set within our amphitheatre-sized grounds and surrounded by the natural beauty of the estate, this stunning Nordic structure brings a sense of rustic elegance and effortless style to your wedding day.

At the heart of our tipi experience is the gold standard in Nordic event tipis, trusted by luxury venues and creative event producers around the world. Its versatile design allows it to be pitched with all sides down, opened up to let in the views, or combined with additional tipis for larger celebrations. We currently have space for up to three interlinked tipis, with one already on-site and more available to add on as your guest list grows.

The tipi blends beautifully into the Hillbark landscape, giving you and your guests a one-of-a-kind setting that feels adventurous, memorable, and unmistakably you.

The Coach House

Set within our picturesque grounds, this purpose-designed space can accommodate large wedding parties, making it ideal for grand receptions, multicultural weddings, and lavish events.

With its elegant structure and flexible layout, the marquee offers a completely customisable experience. Best of all, The Marquee is available for dry-hire, giving you complete freedom to bring in your chosen suppliers and create a celebration that’s uniquely yours, all within the stunning Hillbark estate.
