The perfect prelude to your wedding feast, our canapés are designed to delight. Guests can enjoy a bespoke selection, whether tailored to your personal taste or curated by our talented Head Chef. We offer a balanced mix of hot and cold savoury bites alongside exquisite miniature desserts, all crafted using the finest cuts and freshest produce, with presentation that’s just as beautiful as the flavours.

Our team will even consider the weather on the day, offering heartier bites for colder months and refreshing options during summer celebrations. Served with elegant tray service, these delicious morsels are a sophisticated way to begin your day of celebration.

Wedding Breakfast

Your wedding breakfast can be tailored to suit the tone and style of your day, with three distinctive dining options. We believe every guest should feel looked after, and every plate should feel like it was made just for them.

The Contessa Banquet offers a classic silver-service experience with guests choosing from two starters, two main courses, and two desserts at the point of service, offering variety while keeping the experience polished and seamless.

For a more informal, sociable feel, Riviera Sharing features generous platters perfect for relaxed celebrations. Large platters are delivered directly to each table, where guests help themselves, creating a lively, family-style atmosphere.

Finally, the Riviera Buffet provides variety and flexibility, with our team serving each guest from the buffet station to maintain presentation and service standards.

Menus can be built from our refined seasonal selections, or completely customised in collaboration with our Chef and planning team. This silver-service meal is delivered with the utmost professionalism and attention to detail, and includes full accommodation for dietary requirements including vegetarian, vegan, and allergen-sensitive needs.

Free-Flowing Wine

A beautiful meal deserves beautiful wine, and your guests will enjoy an elegant, continuous wine service from the moment the starters arrive to the final spoonful of dessert. This is not a serve-yourself or house wine service. Instead, our experienced team will top up glasses discreetly throughout the meal, using specially selected wines that complement your menu and elevate the occasion. Our wine selection is curated with care, featuring mid-to-premium range bottles not available in supermarkets. As always, bottled Tŷ Nant still and sparkling water is served throughout to keep guests refreshed at every course.

Choose between two tray-served packages: classic bacon and cheese butties or fish and chicken with chips – fun, satisfying bites delivered straight onto the dancefloor, keeping the celebration alive.

Alternatively, opt for a laid-back picnic or barbecue-style spread, perfect for a garden party atmosphere or a more relaxed evening affair. Whether your vibe is energetic and lively or calm and cosy, we offer the perfect evening dining experience to match your style.

For Your Information

To maintain the highest standards of quality and service for all our guests, we kindly ask that no outside food or beverages be brought onto the premises. This ensures consistency in presentation, safety, and experience across your entire day. The only exception to this policy is your wedding cake. You’re very welcome to bring your own cake, and we will happily assist with display and service.

If you’ve selected our beverage package, you’re invited to personalise your celebration further by bringing your own spirits. Whether it’s a favourite whisky, bespoke gin, or family tradition, these additions can make your day feel even more special. A corkage fee will apply, and our team will be on hand to serve and present your selections with the same care and elegance we bring to every part of your celebration.
