New Year's Experience

Welcome the New Year in unparalleled style at Hillbark Hotel. From 8pm, step into the grandeur of our Great Hall and experience an evening of elegance, fine dining, and festive celebration. From the moment you arrive, you will be immersed in a world of luxury, starting with a champagne cocktail, cocktail, or mocktail to set the tone for the night.

As the evening unfolds, indulge in an exquisite buffet featuring a selection of the finest hot and cold dishes. Enjoy the perfect blend of rich flavours and festive favourites, all designed to delight your palate and create a truly memorable dining experience.

Throughout the night, enjoy live entertainment with a live band and DJ, ensuring the energy remains high as we approach midnight. As the countdown begins, raise a glass of champagne at Midnight and step outside for a breathtaking fireworks display, lighting up the sky in celebration of the year ahead.

After the clock strikes twelve, continue the revelry as our bar remains open until 2:00 AM, allowing you to enjoy the first hours of the New Year in an atmosphere of joy and sophistication. Hillbark Hotel promises an unforgettable New Year’s Eve celebration.
