This accolade, one of the highest recognitions in British dining, places Hillbark among the top culinary destinations in the UK.
This achievement followed closely on the heels of another point of pride, when Hillbark Hotel underwent an unannounced inspection by the AA Tourism Authority. As a result, we were thrilled to retain our AA Five-Star classification — a globally recognised symbol of the very highest standards in luxury hospitality. This honour marks over ten consecutive years of five-star service, exceptional facilities, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
