Celebrate Mother’s Day With Afternoon Tea

Celebrate Mother’s Day With Afternoon Tea

Mother’s Day falls on Sunday 15th March, offering a moment to pause and celebrate the people who mean the most to us. It’s a time for appreciation, togetherness, and creating memories, and few experiences feel as timeless and meaningful as sharing Afternoon Tea.

Afternoon Tea is a tradition rooted in care and conversation, that dates back almost 200 years. It’s unhurried, elegant, and designed to be enjoyed slowly, making it the perfect way to mark a special occasion. At Hillbark, it’s less about formality and more about the feeling it creates: a sense of calm, indulgence, and quality time spent together.

Served in refined surroundings, our Afternoon Tea is a celebration of flavour and craftsmanship. Delicate finger sandwiches, freshly baked scones with homemade jam and rich clotted cream, and beautifully crafted pastries are thoughtfully presented and traditionally accompanied by a carefully selected range of teas. Each element is designed to be enjoyed at a relaxed pace, encouraging conversation and connection.

The setting is just as important as what’s served. Our Dining Room offers an elegant and welcoming backdrop, luxurious yet comfortable, and ideal for a Mother’s Day treat that feels special without feeling overstated. It’s a place to pour another cup of tea and to enjoy a moment that feels entirely about being together.

Whether you’re continuing a family tradition or starting a new one, Afternoon Tea at Hillbark is a thoughtful way to say thank you. Our team would be delighted to help you plan your Mother’s Day celebration and ensure it’s an experience your mum will truly treasure.
