Hillbark Hotel & Spa, in collaboration with The Wirral Classic Car Club, is thrilled to host a Classic Car Touring & Static Assembly on Saturday 1st June, and you’re invited to be part of the action!
This special event will feature a stunning display of classic cars registered before 31st December 2000, with vehicles parked on the top car park of the hotel from 11am to 3pm for guests to admire, photograph, and learn about from their proud owners.
Whether you’re a car enthusiast, a lover of heritage and craftsmanship, or simply looking for a great family day out, this is an event you won’t want to miss.

Six months on, we’re fondly looking back at one of Hillbark Hotel & Spa’s most stylish and heartfelt events of 2024 — the Mayor of Wirral Charity Ladies Lunch and Book Signing, proudly presented by Molby The Label.
Held in October 2024, this elegant afternoon brought together local guests, fashion lovers, and supporters of a wonderful cause for a unique social gathering in support of the Mayor of Wirral’s Charity Fund. With the stunning backdrop of Hillbark Hotel, the event perfectly blended philanthropy, fashion, and fabulous food.
A Special Guest
Guests were treated to an exclusive appearance by Paul Burrell, former butler to Diana, Princess of Wales, and best-selling author. Attendees enjoyed the rare opportunity to meet Paul, hear personal insights from his incredible career, and take home a signed copy of his latest book — a treasured memento from a very special afternoon.

Hillbark Hotel & Spa hosted a successful Easter event this past weekend, welcoming families for a day of seasonal celebrations, food, and entertainment.
The highlight of the day was the Easter Egg Hunt, held in the hotel’s landscaped gardens. Children were invited to explore the grounds and collect chocolate eggs, with a special appearance from the Easter Bunny, who was on hand to meet families and pose for photographs.
Guests also enjoyed a three-course Easter Sunday Lunch, served in Hillbark’s 3AA Rosette Restaurant, The Dining Room. The menu featured traditional roast options and seasonal specials, prepared by Chef Kevin Lynn and his culinary team.
The family-friendly event attracted both local visitors and guests from further afield, offering a relaxed yet refined setting for Easter celebrations. With activities designed for children and a premium dining experience for adults, the event was well-received by attendees of all ages.
Hotel Manager Amanda Jane Arends, commented: “We were delighted to welcome so many families to Hillbark for Easter. The event was a great success, and we were pleased to see guests enjoying both the Easter activities and our signature Sunday lunch offering.
